Report on Meditation

Introduction

Meditation was held on July 13, 2024, at Mother Velankani English School and Jr. Clg. The event aimed for mental peace and concentration of students. Meditation was conducted in the School Hall by Manish Sir. It was conducted with certain objectives and it also has some benefits.

Objectives :

The objective of meditation was to-

  • Reduce Stress
  • Enhance mental health
  • Concentration
  • Improve focus

Benefits

The benefits of doing meditation is as follows –

  • It reduces stress
  • It helps to overcome depression
  • It helps to improve sleep
  • It increases the concentration power
  • It helps to improve memory

Conclusion

Meditation was held successfully. All the students enjoyed doing meditation. The environment became peaceful. Teachers also joined in meditation.
