The environment is the biggest treasure of our life. It is not only just plants and animals but also human beings, the neighbourhood, and the institutions which make up our character .
Our school Mother Velankanni English School has organised a programme on World Environment Day i.e on 5th June ,2024. The students were informed to bring materials for poster-making Activity. The programme began with prayer . The anchoring was done by Snoviya Ma’am spoke few words on the importance of environment.
Father Isaac D’souza gave a small speech to the students explaining them the role played by environment in human life . Then ,the Poster -Making Activity was held.The students were informed priorly to bring materials for Poster Making Activity.All the students from class 1to12 showed thei talent and creativity in explaining.The Importance of Environment.The Winners of Poster Making were declared. The students here asked to bring saplings from their home.As the end ,In Isaac planted the sapling in the school premises. And the programme was concluded.
