The celebration began with a warm welcome to the dignitaries: Mrs. Asha D’Souza (Chairperson), Mr. Deep Murzello (Vice Chairperson), Mrs. Mabel Vaz (General Manager), and Miss Sweeta D’Souza (Principal), as well as parents, staff, and students. The lighting of the ceremonial lamp—symbolizing knowledge and wisdom—was performed by the dignitaries along with honored fathers Mr. Ashok, Mr. Santosh, Mr. Navram, Mr. Sankar Kumar, and Mr. Lalit Kumar. The atmosphere was filled with reverence as a prayer of the faithful was delivered by a student, followed by the touching gesture of children felicitating their fathers with roses.

The formal program commenced with a powerful speech by Dave Sir, who eloquently expressed the strength and silent support fathers provide throughout life. This was followed by a series of energetic and heartfelt performances. Students Darshan, Shweta, Dipika, Trisha, and Diya delivered a lively group dance with their fathers, celebrating their bond through movement. Sweety from Std 5 captivated the audience with a melodious solo performance, and Manav from Std 9 delivered an energetic dance that lit up the stage. Shaurya from Std 6 touched hearts with a moving speech in Hindi, reflecting on the role of fathers in children’s lives.

Adding a deeply personal touch, Darshan’s father was invited to share his heartfelt emotions and inspire the students with his words of wisdom. His message was both encouraging and uplifting, resonating with all present. As the event drew to a close, Principal Miss Sweeta D’Souza took the stage to express gratitude toward all the fathers and emphasize the importance of their presence in their children’s lives. Her speech provided a soulful conclusion to a celebration filled with love, respect, and gratitude. The event successfully honored the real-life superheroes—our fathers—leaving behind lasting memories for everyone involved.
