The Green Day Celebration was joyfully celebrated by the Pre-Primary Section of Mother Velankani English School & Junior College to spread awareness about the importance of nature and the environment. The classrooms were beautifully decorated with green objects, plants, and charts to create a lively and eco-friendly atmosphere.
The little students came dressed in different shades of green and brought green fruits, vegetables, and objects to display. Teachers explained the importance of the colour green and how it represents nature, freshness, and growth.
Various fun activities such as rhymes, colouring, object identification, and show-and-tell were conducted to help children learn about nature in an enjoyable way. The young learners participated enthusiastically and had a wonderful learning experience.
